A roll-off is an open top dumpster characterized by a rectangular footprint, utilizing wheels to facilitate rolling the dumpster in place. CONTAINER RENTAL INCLUDES – One local delivery drop and pick up, boards placed under rollers on delivery to minimize possible damage, 2 week rental period, pick up, removal and disposal of debris.

WEIGHT OVERAGE – Containers exceeding the allowed weight limit will be billed at an overage rate per quarter of a ton.

ADDITIONAL CHARGE ITEMS – All of the listed items are subject to additional fees for disposal. Air Conditioners, appliances, computer monitors, TV’s, mattress/box springs, auto & truck tires, water heaters or any Freon based units. These items are surcharged at the dump facility.

SERVICE REQUIREMENTS – A credit card is required to schedule a delivery and a customer/representative is required on – site for signature and to locate the dumpster.

ORGANIC/CONCRETE DISPOSAL – Please contact us directly for lower rates on non-mixed organic loads, including concrete blocks & bricks; yard debris; and any kind of stumps or brush.
